This is an observation and I am glad someoneone is covering it.I always realised that India was about a year ahead in fashions.Most people dont believe me but it is true.They did the crinkly pheasant skirts a year and a half before the US.
This is a prediction from me!!!Matte jewel tone lipsticks have been the rage from last year(summer)in India and it should be really popular the end of this year or next year with the ordinary people like us !(in the US)Indias best makeup giant Lakme has a fabulous website,Lakmeindia.com.
