Hey - I have been a regular at your blog. I have a question and who better to ask but you :)
Is there any rule to wearing stockings with skirts? Should it be with a skirt of a particular style/length only? Is it too mature for a 27 year old?

Ah! I wish my budget was more along the lines for the Phillip Lim skirt...but sadly it is about at the Old Navy level.
